Easton acquired the rights to Topolino's technology (http://www.bikerumor.com/2012/10/16/easton-licenses-topolino-carbon-fiber-wheels-technology/) for bicycle wheels some time ago. Topolino still makes high-performance wheelchair wheels.

It's taken a few years, but it appears that Easton has finally released a product using this acquired technology:
