What is the UCi wieght limit for bikes? 6.8 kG is that like 14.9 pounds?

Was just curious.

Went from full record carbon and FSA K-force crankset (compact) to full dura ace and shed over a pound of weight.

Could not beleive it.

I always thought record was way lighter.

Anyway was curious on how much the pro bikes had to weigh.

Maybe you did not have the latest Campy group and I am not sure what the FSA crank weighs in at, but according to the perspective web sites (and I have no reason to doubt either), for derailures, shifters, cassette, chain and brakes, Campy comes in at 2068, and Dura Ace at 2180, about a 4 ounce difference.

Did you change wheels as well?
