Adjusting the HB-PR019 adjusting sleeve

How tight should I go when threading on the HB-PR019 adjusting sleeve on Campy hubs? This is the clamping ring with the little allen bolt.
Do you guys thread on just until it makes contact? Should I go a bit tighter than just initial contact? Back it off at all?

Put wheel in frame/fork...tighten plate down, wiggle wheel to see if there is play..rotate plate just until play is gone..tighten allen screw.
