The water bottle cages are upside-down, for some reason. And before someone else says it, yes, it needs Handlebra. :p

That backrest does not look particularly comfy. Maybe run some spokes vertically for the backrest?

Nice. If you don't want shaken or stirred you can always opt for "rocked."

Actually, the cages are installed correctly - they're an old style. Click on the link and look at the second or third picture.
