Upgrading Fulccrum Zero to 11Speed

To upgrade Fulcrum Zero's to 11 speed for SHimano/SRAM, is it as easy as changing the freehub to the 11speed HG version? Is re-dishing required?

i had 2010 wheels, and redishing wasn't needed. All that was needed was the purchase of the new hub body
