Would be interested in opinions on KG381i frameset from is a 2002/2003 model year. This frame is sometime referred to as a Jalabert edition as he rode this model This is the frame that Jalabert rode frame for CSC along with Stuart O'Grady. Kelme team also used these frames.

The frame is the rare matte black version, has multi-shaped carbon tubes with aluminum lugs & sports an HSC4 carbon fork, level top tube with internal rear brake routing & the sliding dropouts that allow for a small amount of fore/aft movement.

thanks for your insights

I had one and it was a wonderful riding bike. I wondered how much better any of the newer carbon race bikes could be.

Really liked my KG481SL, a newer version of the same bike. The 25 mm seat post, and unusual binder is a minor issue, however.

The jalabert ones goes for over 1000 bucks if new at the bay. One of the bikes that had been on my list since forever.
