I need to pick up a new seat post collar for my 99' Hors Categorie and since the Serotta collars aren't really readily available anymore figure I'll just pick up a nice black Thomsen collar off Ebay. Does anyone happen to know if the correct size if 29.8 or 28.6? I tried measuring but having a hard time deciding for sure as I don't really have a precision measuring device. Thanks!
