Debating which to get. I know J-bend work pretty well for me. Wondering if S-bend might have advantages. Seems it would be easier to adjust one's hand position on an S-bend. But the wrist angle perhaps uncomfortable. Anyone used both and have thoughts on the subject?

Definitely J-bend. feels weird to leverage/pull off the S-shape

I like the Cobb wrist relief style but I think aero bar positions are very individual. I find it easier to choke up with these compared to the J bends that just go straight out.

I agree aero bar positions are very individual.
I have found the Syntace C3 to be incredibly comfortable

I use the HED modified S bend (std S was hard on the wrists) but it seems that folks are going back towards J bends more and more.

It's worth testing- not everyone uses the same position, and different hand positions will be faster for different people.

i prefer the s bend, but in all honesty, this is yet another one of those things that you just have to go out and try for yourself to see whats best

I have only used the J-bend type. I would like to try the S-bend type to see how they feel. I can't imagine that they would be comfortable for me, but I have been surprised before by sneaky ergonomics. Trial and error is the only way to learn with such things.
