Japan Super End Drop outs

Does anyone know if these were ever sold to vendors? Or were they only used on 3rensho builds? Is there anywhere one could buy these dropouts? I have searched for quite a while but no luck...

Well, those ends exist to speed things up in a production environment, but if you like the look, it would be easy to replicate with a sleeve and a regular tabbed drop.
That said, R. Sachs recently announced that he was going to be importing Samson dropouts that are very similar to your pic.
