Just finished setting up my new city commuter/grocery getter: an old ridgid Stumpjumper with semi-slick tires and a rack. Super excited to start using it more , it will be amazing for all the potholes out here. I am slightly concerned about the quick release seatpost and wheels and have been looking into a locking seatpost collar and some skewers but I'm having trouble finding anything that will work for a moutain bike. I know this is a very road-centric forum but any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Yes. I am aware that they do make non quick release skewers. I live in Oakland and bike theft, as well as crime in general is very high. That is why I would like to get a locking seatpost binder bolt/collar and skewers for my city bike, and why I started this thread.
