Hello...
I am new to the Board and oddly enough am and new owner of a Coeur d'Acier...can't say enough about the bike...but I digress.
Can somebody out there help me to understand what it means then the Tour de Georgia rating has been increased to Hors Classe (2.HC)? I don't believe I understand the ratings and what they are based on.
