Italian BB threading...

OK, rookie question....
For both drive and non-drive side, for italian threaded BB, which way do you turn the BB cups to -remove- them? Clockwise or counterclockwise???

Both sides are right hand thread. Righty tighty/lefty loosy for both sides. When you reinstall it, make sure to tighten to the torque spec for your bottom bracket. Italian bb's have a tendency to back out if you don't get them tight enough.

Just to clairify, the "fixed cup" side (drive side) can have that tendency.
The adjustable cup side is the same as english thread.
