you must have ridden it that way for a while given the polished surface on the axle. Did you contact Cole? Did you get them through a shop that could get parts?

It was un rideable after the incident. Haven't contacted them and not purchased at a shop.

it's possible that you could get parts from some other brand of hubs, but I suspect the easiest way is to contact Cole. I would worry somewhat about that freehub body, looks pretty scored

Their site says you need to find a dealer, but didn't really offer help. Maybe contact the distributor (http://www.colewheels.com/pages/distributors.php)
