Any idea as to origin?

I did not think the seller would accept my offer. I was looking for a vintage Ti MTB this morning and now I have (2) this one and one I bought on the forum, both with Ti forks. :banana:

That is far more than I would pay for a ti frameset of totally unknown origin, particularly one shipping from eastern Europe. The Castor/Pollox thing was obviously someone's idea of an homage to Face/Off, but I have no idea who would have made this or why.
