geometry for Serotta CXII?

A buddy of mine is interested in this frame, but can't find any information regarding the geometry of the frame, assuming it's stock.

It has the geo less seat/headtube angles right in the ad.

I had one and it is fine for it's intended use which is for time trials/triathlon the ST is probably 74-75 deg.

Minimally, it's the seat tube angle that we need to get a sense for fit.

Just curious... if you did buy it what fork would you use?

No idea. I asked the seller about what fork length and rake the frame was built for. Anybody have a sense for possible fork specs for this frame?

I have been baffled by the geometry.
This apparently was a custom build so who knows.
But the head tube (250mm) and the wheelbase (1m07) seem wild.
