I'm trying to find a stem that has a 10 degree rise in 120mm. Does anybody have a suggestion other than Thomson?

Thanks in advance!

I picked up the thomson x2, but I'm pretty sure the carbon easton ec90 is a 10 degree stem. It was just more expensive than what I was looking for.

Is what you're looking for. Lots of them out there, although 84/96 is more popular. Deda mostly offers an in-between 82/98.

The difference in height between a 96 and 100 will be about 7mm in a 110mm size.

A quick scan of the Colorado Cyclist catalong shows only the Deda magic, Thomson X2 and cheap Vision stems with an 80 degree angle.

I take it you can't get the bar high enough without a 100 degree? Someone goofed on the fitting.

These are possible options for 10/80 degrees.

I have a Vison Size More stem, and I'm very happy with it. It's made by FSA and is +/- 10 degree. It comes in 120cm length. I have mine in the +10 position. I actually have a Thomson Elite in a +5 degree that I was going to put on my bike to match my seatpost, but once I got it, I decided I like the looks of the Vision better. I got mine from Colorado Cyclist.

I believe the ITM stems are also 80 degree stems. Their 4-bolt stem is a nice one.

Deda Magic - I have 5 or 6 and they're all 120s. Just got one off eBay for $8! I had to tell the seller it was 10 degrees, and I even had to tell Deda after I checked their website! They had made a generic change to their site and changed it back after I asked if they had changed the stem angle. I am always looking at dollars and grams and this stem just keeps winning the battle (and by the way, Thomson stems don't fit Deda bars quite right - a testament to their accurate measurements perhaps - I have 2 and I am switching them out for Magics and moving them to non-Deda bars).

3ttt Forgies are 80/100, if you can still get one. They are pig ugly though.

Remember that some brands measure the length differently to others, which can upset things a bit. A 120mm 3ttt is not the same as an ITM 120mm, as 3ttt measure along the top, ITM measure stem length along the side.

Cinelli Solido is +/-10 degrees.
