American Ninja Warrior may be a a corny TV show, but Kacy has been amazing.

i was watching this show for some reason the other night.

most of those competitors are incredibly fit, but she was a couple notches above, woman or not. to do some of that stuff at her size/wingspan... notably the poles was crazy. being a former NCAA div1 gymnast of the year probably helped.

amazing power to weight ratio on that woman. not the fastest time. but she definitely made it look easy

coolest part is she failed twice before, just kept training.

I find that show very entertaining and Kacy did an amazing job. One of 7 out of 30 to complete the course (29 men and 1 woman).
