Alternatively, use a color/tip hair color applicator from the drug store.

I use a pen oiler. Doesn't hold nearly as much oil as a bottle, so it can be frustrating to run out of oil in the middle of re-lube jobs with frequency, but it does a good job of putting it where you want it, instead of everywhere except where you want it.

go to mcmaster and get some luer lock syringe needles and a bottle that will take a luer lock cap. they have both.
