OT: Lacrosse world championships

Any lacrosse fans here? The worlds championships begin today with USA v. Canada playing at 9:00 PM ET.

I don't know much about the Canadians, but with Pannell, Rabil, Crotty, etc. you would think we'd be hard to beat.

both my daughter and son play in middle school league...we didn't care, just as long as they played something instead of farting around on their iPods. Three years later, I'm a fan of the game but try not to let them know I'm into it though....the more I like stuff, the more they don't.

I'm assuming its being televised -- channel???

So, they're opening with the same game they're going to close with? :)

I played in college, but I don't really follow the sport. It would be fun to watch the best players play. I imagine these are going to be shown on 'the ocho'?
