H Plus Son Archetype: machined & anodized brake track?

It looks like they machine and anodize the brake track, and from the photos, it appears the machining comes first. So I'm assuming the anodization wears off after a while, and does't impact (for better or worse) the machined brake track's performance. Is that about right?

Does anyone have pics of their rims after the brake track begins to wear?

first time you ride in the wet or grimy conditions the ano wears off. i literally only use my front brake 99.9% of the time, so here's what my wheels with about 2k miles on them look like.
