Coming to spend some time with my folks at the Lake of the Ozarks and need to get some riding in. Anyone on board know of any bike rentals in the area or gyms that have spin bikes?

Time frame? I might be able to send a bike down with friends who live here and vacation there.

Maybe just focus on staying in Party Cove?

Oh man, VERY generous of you but that's alright. If I can't find an easy riding solution i may just swim :)
