I have wanted to do it forever. I have always been way too afraid of traffic. what is everyone else's experience with the ride up? I have driven through and on two occasions witnessed motorcycle crashes.

Like many rides in the greater LA area, a lot depends on time and day of the week.

My favorite has always been early Sunday mornings and weekday mornings after 9am when commuter traffic has slowed. It's a fun descent!
