EDIT: GOT WHAT I NEEDED. THANKS ALL!!!!

Need an 8-9 speed Shimano cassette in good working condition.

Also looking for 104bcd square taper cranks in silver and preferably 170mm length. Not sure if something like this was ever made (all I see is 110bcd). Prettier, the better, as it is for the wife's bike.

They did exist...Shimano's first gen 9 sp LX and XT, before they went Octalink.

XT cranks like these are 94BCD. Is that what you're looking for?

Those XT's look great, but they're not 104bcd. The wife's bike is set up 1x10 and I've got 4-5 front rings that are just sitting there. So ideally, would like to use them. If not, I am planning to buy some Sugino XD 110bcd cranks at Ben's.

This is like what I have, but mine are 175 and ugly-

The XT version has a weird big ring, not a proper 104.

There were also some Specialized Strongarm cranks that were 104 and square taper, like this- http://www.ebay.com/itm/VINTAGE-SPECIALIZED-BICYCLE-175-MM-9-SPEED-44-32-22-TOOTH-CRANK-SET-/151286365804

Thanks for all the replies. I think I have the cranks figured out. Just need a cassette now. I was going to buy one on Amazon but wanted to see what was available here. Thanks.

If still in need, I have some deore cranks in black that meet your other size requirements. Do you have a preference for 8 or 9 cassette? I have an 8s xt 11-28?? cassette floating around somewhere.

I have the cranks taken care of, but thanks. :)

Will the XT fit on a 10-sp Ultegra hub?

I've got a few 9 spd Shimano/SRAM cassettes 12-25 (Dura Ace), 12-26 (SRAM), 12-28 (Ultegra) I believe. PM me if any are of interest.
