I'm building a wheelset for my new trendy roaddirt machine and looking for opinions on rim choice.
I have narrowed it down to the following rims... in order of current preference:

- Hed Belgium Plus disc - 20/25mm width / 24.5mm height / 455g
- Pacenti CL25 - 20/25mm width / 17mm height / 424g
- Velocity Aileron - 20/25mm width / 28mm height / 480g

Requirements:
- ease of tire mounting (center channel a must)
- tubeles compatibility
- 20mm internal / 25mm external
- fit / finish / ease of build
- removable decals

More info:
- primary tires will be Hutchinson Sector 28 and Piranha... all tubeless.
- rider weight 165#
- spoke count 28F / 32R (already have the hubs)
- spokes will likely be Sapim CX-Ray
- brass nipples

Give me a call anytime to discuss.

Is there any reason you're going to use brass nipples? One advantage of the CL25 over the other rims you've mentioned is that the CL25 has stainless eyelets and prevents the alloy nipples binding on the alloy rim.

Cheers,
