i have a photo but cannot upload it

its a wheel with out a tyre that has air
you can see it as a tryre made out plastic's of some sort

if you would see the pic you would understand

Doesn't the military use airless tires of some sort (can't be shot out). I thought they were basically very firm sponges - lots of small air pockets. That would be great, but they might be heavy.
