I've often wondered what guys like Beethoven or Tchaikovsky would think of today's music:

That's the beauty of music.
Musicianship of which I have none transcends time.
AC/DC fan or not that is a powerful piece of music and those guys killed it.

Beethoven, he'd of been right on the pointy edge of it. Jimi Hendrix of his age.

Very cool. There's a brother and sister guitar duo from South America (obviously can't remember their name) who do similar things. Paul McCartney ripped off Blackbird from Bach, with good results... the good stuff recycles and resurfaces...

A particularly touching video (for me, at least, but I'm a geek) is Ann and Nancy Wilson along with a symphony and chorus backing vocals playing "Stairway To Heaven" in front of Jimmy Page, Robert Plant, and JP Jones at the Kennedy Center. I think that LZ was getting a lifetime achievement award, and John Bonham's son was playing drums. Yo Yo Ma and others were in the audience.
