I have not found any information about bike racks for the 2014 Volt. Does anyone know if such a thing exists.
Thanks for any help.....

I can't vouch for them but a fellow at work is looking into this company for his Mini. Does Yakima show a unit for the Volt on their site?

I looked on the Yakima fit tool and there was nothing.
Well, hitch rack.

I would have trouble considering that company solely based off their websites and pathetic generic claims.
Edit: go ahead and add misleading claims to the above. They tout "100% no drill installation" but the first step on the first install I found appears to involve cutting the bumper and trunk floor with a Dremel tool.

Maybe they did it wrong, but a drill is usually easier to use...

I use one for my Kia Optima which has a full sun roof, Looks scary. But is great. Only real problem is I do not like to use the window cable lock when I am leaving the car unattended.

Curt makes a hitch receiver for the volt.

Instructions show that drilling and some small changes to the underbody panel are required. You won't be cutting the rear bumper though.

I read something a while back about the effect of a bike on a roof rack on a Prius. The aerodynamics got killed, and the effect on mileage was considerable. This would be a serious consideration on a Volt, I'd think. I would be looking for a rear rack, something more in the slipstream.

Thanks for the responses. I watched the videos and considering how infrequently this car will be used to transport a bike I think the sea-sucker might be the way to go; but still looking.
