My wife is off to NY with some girl friends. We live in Sydney, Australia. Was thinking of getting a cycling souvenir. Any suggestions. Jersey, t shirt etc

I agree. I was back in NYC with the Mrs, we both lived there, and Rapha (even though is not a NYC thing) it's in the meat packing district and it's just a nice walk. Cool place to stop get a grilled cheese and a cappuccino...or beer. We had both. :)

Nyc velo is great. The Mrs bought me a black shop jersey but the black is a club fit...and the small was huge on me...she should have bought that white one, "race fit" but it doesn't look as good. Both great spots. Hell if you are there long enough, rent a bike for the Rapha Saturday morning ride, it's a no drop ride that takes you through NYC and into upstate. Beautiful ride, nice people.

My daughter's nickname is Sid, so I went to Sid's Bikes NYC and bought her the shop strip... jersey, knicks, cap

Have a bagel with lox and cream cheese in Central Park and savour the memories. NYC is an amazing city.
