Ale Cycling Clothing sizing

Has anyone worn Ale's PRR line of clothing, specifically the men's jersey? I'm trying to figure out the sizing. I'm seemingly between a L and XL- I'm 6'5", usually around 180lbs, all leg. Thanks!
