Here's a photo of a bottom bracket we did with a customer and custom frame builder. When it's fully built I will post a full selection of pictures but thought the Forum would enjoy this teaser.
Our customer wanted something unique and personalized but also understated. A carbon / titanium frame will be perfect for his use and the custom lugs were his design. It was a true collaboration between the builder and the customer.
