Stuff spotted at the first Grand Tour of the season is always interesting..this year no exception..

I know Campagnolo 'stuff' is great stuff but..saw this three times on non Campagnolo calipers..even on spam caliper...not sure why..anybody?

Maybe it's something they like about the pad compound? That is an interesting combo? Could be that they really want a campy equipped bike and this is the easiest way they found to circumvent their sponsors... until the media spotted it.

Are those teams running wheels/rims made by the same manufacturer as the Campy rims? ex. Fulcrum?
