Milwaukee: LBS/cafe/hostel...new business model for the area?

I'm writing this from Milwaukee, and there's nothing else like this around here. Whether it will survive is unclear, but I applaud the owners for their vision.

I've always wanted to do this. Do some test riding, have a beer, do some test riding.

In Boston, there is the Ride Studio Cafe which I think does okay. No hostel, though.

Hmm, that's only 45 mins away from my parent. Might have to go there when I go visit this summer.
