... and I cannot lie. These kettle bells come from our good friends at OK Foundry Company (http://okfoundry.com/http://okfoundry.com/) in Richmond, VA. They are 1 Pood and 1.5 Pood bells; roughly 36lbs and 54lbs respectively.

If you call them, ask for James O'Neil, and let him know I sent you.

Cheers,
KP

I swing lighter or dumbells at gym. I think heaviest Bell is about 30# what am I missing? Because I already have a pretty good case of tendonitis all over my left side of my body. [ I am wondering if gluten free diet for a while may help this large scale inflammation ].

For me form has been the most important factor. Better to do lighter (even no weight) correctly than go big and get hurt.

The dietary stuff seems to be extremely controversial around here. But I will say that in my personal experience, gluten free / sugar free / Keto-adaptation, has done wonderful things for my physical condition, especially with regard to inflammation and energy levels.

Those are really neat. You need a "speak no evil, see no evil, hear no evil" version!
