Does anyone know if the new 6800 braze-on FD will work with this clamp?

Probably, I'd be surprised shimano would make a fder that wasn't compatible with their own adapter..... Wait a minute, did I just say that?

Should work fine with a 6800 fder.

It depends.
Is Shimano trying to sell 11 speed adapters?
If they are, they will tell you it is less that optimal without the 11 speed adapter. In reality, it will work fine.

That's what mine's mounted on.

Just make sure you stick the little metal tab on your seat tube before setting the set screw.

Good call even more important on carbon frame with brazeons, like Cervelo.

They actually make two different FD clamps for 6800 and for 9000. The bolt hole is at a different height so the mounting isn't quite compatible. Some people use the other and on some frames it works, on some it doesn't.
