I looked through the rules and reg's of this Forum and couldnt come up with a real solid answer.....So, I this is my question:

I have a noise cancelling very high end set of ear buds made by Shure. I dont use them and I thought I would offer them on here before I put them up on ebay. I am willing to sell them at a very reasonable price.

Is this Forum (classified section) an appropriate place to sell them? I do not want to open a can of worms or piss anyone off. Thats why I wanted to ask before posting.

As always, thank you all in advance,

Steve

PS: Some people do ride with earphones, yes?

Why not? I've sold non-bike items and have seen others do the same. Keep it tasteful and good luck!

. . . that are custom molded to your ear and cost something like $500 . . . The Ottrott of earbuds?

They are Shure E5's. They retail for $500.00 as they are studio quality. They are noise cancelling and the quality is amazing.

I imagine that they are pretty waterproof as they fit very tightly in your ear with lots of options of different sized plugs. (I think 5 different options)

The molded pieces can be bought for them, yes. They accept those.

I guess they are the "Ottrott" of ear buds.

I will put the rest of the info in the classified section.

Please look there and thanks for such positive response regarding their sale.

Steve,

If you are concerned about the lack of a bicycle component for a forum sale, sell them as a set with an old tube or energy bar.
