650c Fenders?

I was just wondering if there are 650c fenders out there? I am having a really hard time locating some. I read another thread on here and it did not really give a clear answer so I thought I'd just ask again.

if you are using the narrow time trail 650c (571) would race blades work?
if the schwinn size 571 tire, might a 650b (584) fender work for you?

Its definitely a 650c. For a track style bike.

Honjos for MTB will work great. My wife had ~45mm wide Honjos for 559mm MTB wheels on her 650c bike. Looked the business.

I ended up just going to mec and getting some flexible narrow 700c fenders and just bending them over my wheels and cutting them to fit. Not too pretty but fenders rarely are. And only $20!
