Don't seem to have any great pics of it... But my ti Merckx is the one I miss the most. I have almost contacted the guy I sold it to two years ago a dozen times to see if he wants to part with it...

many years ago i bought this tough-as-nails ovalmaster, but there were things about its handling that INFURIATED me (pulled consistently to one side despite having perfectly dished wheels, russian made -- what else would i expect?!) so i sold it despite having many memorable rides on it over the years. but my lust for the rabobank strip never went away, it was always lurking in the dark recesses of my soul...

perusing that big auction site a couple years ago i came upon this similar-but-different master in rabobank colors in my size...and from there i was a goner! just love this bike, it carries the theme but is different enough.

I really liked this Raleigh track frame, it was made by Marinoni of Canada, one of the nicest feeling frames I ever rode, it was just way too small for me

Charles - out of curiosity, over what time frame have you gone through that many bikes?

I see by your signature that you work in the cycling media world which I am sure has a lot to do with the quantity of bikes.

Charles, if you could only have one bike and you had to pick 1 of the pictured ones (not your current bedford), which would you choose and why?

I even tried to buy this back but no go so far. Poor pic but a great ride n a looker in irl.

Charles,

I've read the articles on almost all of the bikes that you've posted over the years and this one was my favorite. It made me drool and propelled a search to find a C50 in the ST01 or STIT paint scheme. What a hot looking bike!

I love the pic of Ernesto taking measurements in the article. :)

I don't ride my Scott SC Jean Delatour any more. The frame still sits in my cavern, it is unsellable due to a dent in the top tube.

Dropped my Moots in favour of a Pego - can't say i regret it. The Moots was cool, but the Pego yells "RIDE ME!" more.
