My sister lives in suburban Philly and is looking for a good fitter who she can work with to determine what type of road frame she needs before going shopping or talking to frame builders. Any thoughts on who I can recommend to her? She is vertically challenged so prefers someone very experienced with smaller frames.

Thanks,

Alan

Tom Kellogg. It is located near Allentown. He has been fitting and building for over 25 years.

If she goes to DC area - -SMILEY (who post here) is a "top tier" fitter with many road, race and also tri happy customers. ( I am biased and a customer to both)

Breakaway bikes in Center City does fittings. Super nice people. I'd you want the super custom experience I would recommend Signature Cycles in NYC.

If Delaware is convenient for her, I'd like to throw in the name of Rob Garrison in Centerville DE. Excellent fitter and great guy with experience in smaller sizes.
