Its an old and mostly well known technique. It requires no special expensive equipment and its very easy to do.

LOL I always get a bit of a freak out after eating beets then I remember, beets. Asparagus is also an unfriendly reminder but that one doesn't get everyone.

It could be cancer, or it could be nothing.

This reminds me of the time I went to the doctor for a cyst, and they said, "it could be lymphoma...." Ahhh, nothing like scaring the crap out of a patient for no reason. They probably laugh about it at cocktail parties.

I remember the first time after having eaten asparagus: "What in the world is that all about?"

It totally took me by surprise, I knew it had an effect but man oh man...

Is clear pee really enough to tell yourself to cut back on water? I run anywhere from 7-12 miles a day, and usually drink enough nalgene's worth of water to get clear piss by 12, then keep drinking somewhat frequently til 3. Seems to work great. I generally don't cramp often.

Riding is a different story. I drink a little less than I should during rides....
