rally sport

but in this context, probably not…

I've seen more than a couple stories where they're trying to draw that connotation to motorsport as a top-of-the-line mechanical group. I wouldn't be surprised if that were the case.

Pretty cool rally sport-style checkered flag/Italia graphics.

I love campy and ride it on 2 of my bikes. However, other than changing the profile of the ramps on the chainrings and small alterations on the FD what is really new here other than the labels on the parts. Everything is very vague with terms like 'changing angles'. This feels a lot like a marketing upgrade. I am going to refuse to drink the koolaid on this one. All this excitement seems a bit baseless…

When campy goes back to the shield logo and the cursive 'campagnolo', then we will talking about a real and substantive change...;)

FWIW, Campy NA told me at their booth at NAHBS that these will be priced the same as standard SR.

Rumors are true then! It kind of makes me want one. Darn marketing tricks...
