Any theories on how it's made? No welds.

Perhaps the tube ends get swaged, then machined?

(Gotta say that the writing on their web site is horrendous.)

For you Ti/C fans, the handlebar is also pretty cool.

stem: well it certainly looks like 3 tubes, welded, milled, ground and buffed back

and from their website blurb..

"The New ControlTech Timania titanium Stem was designed from the totally new concept to lead the market trend and was made by the innovatived one piece monocoque technology to match the high performance and styling of the titanium fans. There is an outstanding window design on the faceplate combine with 6/4 titanium bolts. Controltech insists to provide our customers the lightest and the most stiffness products."

so I'm wrong. But deeply impressed by their terse language.

"innovatived one piece monocoque technology"

It is investment cast, imo.

Specialized did one similar, (20 years ago?) but not nearly as well as the Control Tech was done.

Wonder why they didn't do the bar in all Ti. Too tough to get a precise bend perhaps?

Very difficult to bend Ti like that, also difficult and expensive to swage a Ti tube from 31.8mm (35mm) to 23.8mm as well.

And maybe the end result would still be too flexy? If I win the lottery I'd shop around and commission a custom all Ti road bar. Just for kicks.

Id be very interested in that bar if it had a more classic look. Looks well made and i got a weak spot for ti (like you dident know).

The "bending style" Ti road handlebar seems to be what's being asked about- of course, just because someone makes it doesn't mean they should make it

That's right. Also in the xacd version there is no swaging. Presumably you'd have to use shims with the stem. Why bother?

They're even making a Ti Seatpost with 12mm setback for those (like me) whose saddles won't allow use of a Moots, Eriksen, Bold, et al. Unfortunately no 30.9.

Technology to build stuff like that has been around for many years... this one that i have seen in a bike show, the fork is seamless, like 1 piece of titanium, the stem and seatpost aswell, frame looks like monocoque because you can't see the welds nowhere just insane.
