aluminum clincher rim with carbon fairing - in 23 mm?

Does anyone make an aluminum clincher rim with carbon fairing but in 23 mm width? I know Mavic does the Cosmic Carbone but I believe they're 13 mm wide.

Cosmic Carbones are about 19mm wide. The tubies even a little wider, maybe 20-21mm.

Flo cycling makes em.
If I recall correctly, they're super wide tho 24mm+, not 23mm

Shimano C50 and C35 wheels are 21mm wide. HED Jet are 23mm width.
