The Dauphine will run a race through this tunnel this year.

Actually, the French don't have a lot of money, they just have priorities on where to spend it. This is one of them!

They have great public transportation and excellent support for bikes and pedestrians. Our transportation planners are beginning to learn something from the French, happily.

They also know how to build tunnels in that part of the world.:)
