Looks somewhat similar to the Ultralite pedals http://www.ultralitesports.com/

I can't/couldn't imagine trying to walk in the ultralights

I was actually going to post these but couldn't find a good joke to tie them back to the infinity saddle.

Very nice design. If I hadn't just barely got a new set of ATACs I'd consider a set.

Something about that cleat looks cheesy to me, otherwise I like the look of them.

Lets see how durable they are.

Interesting concept, will help all the guy that still can't figure it out how to clip in, this thing is like a tube rail system, just slide and will clip.

Hope he gets the money, his idea is good.

Pretty cool design…needs 3-bolt road cleat though!

I certainly congratulate the guy for taking this on and actually doing something about. Huge 'thumbs up' for taking the initiative.

As far as a MTB pedal, it would definitely be more of a west coast pedal. I don't see it being very mud friendly.

Wouldn't such a small thing create the feeling of digging into the rider's foot?.......if not good effort.

Agreed about the mud.

I'm also a bit confused as to the entry, he said he was having trouble clipping in (to which I say, learn to clip in like everyone else) but then his design looks like you slide forward into them which seems like a procedure that is more awkward than stepping down.

I appreciate the work he's put into this and that he wants to make them in the USA but I'm not sure that would be an improvement over Speedplay on the road or the durable, proven Shimano SPD off road.

Was it me or was half the video about how some guy in Utah can't clip-in?

First thought: ooh pretty!

Second thought: not mud friendly

Then I read the rest of the posts and have to point out that Speedplay Frog and Magnum pedals clip in the same way: find the pedal with your cleat and slide forward. That part isn't new.

Hope he succeeds, but I'm not an investor.

Neither of those look to me like they are any easier to clip in. Personally, I find Look's road pedals to require the least effort, and I use them on dry gravel grinders, too. I don't think there will ever be something that's easy to clip in and easy to walk in.

Cool concepts, but at that pricing, why switch?
