Identify this Serotta frame please

A friend wants to know more about this frame and I am not sure what model this is.
Please share your knowledge. TIA

Looks like a Concours CS to me. One model down from the Legend, which has the tapered tubes which (I think) the Concours only has the top tube tapered. I am not sure if the later models of Concours had butted tubes, the earlier ones did not.

It could also be a La Corsa. The concours would have a swaged seat tube. This frame does not.
