help identify this Kona

I got this bike without seeing a pic of the bike, I knew it was too large, but I was planning to transfer the drivetrain to a frame that fits me and sell the frameset.

But now that I have the bike, I don’t know what model this frameset is (

Can someone please assist on identifying the model and year.

The Kapu was the model name of their road bike for many, many, many years.

It went through all types of redesigns and maybe even material changes at times.

Trick will be finding out what model year. That one looks from pretty far back.
