Can you recommend a ride in Lisbon, Portugal

Will be in Lisbon for the weekend in mid March. Anybody know if the weather will support a ride? Any recommended rides or shops to pick up a group ride?

Lisbon and Portugal are lovely places, but I'm not sure it is a great cycling destination. The roads can be narrow and the drivers, pretty bad. A few years ago, I packed a helmet, shorts, etc. on a Portuguese vacation, thinking I might rent a bike and get out a bit (not in Lisbon, but up north). First, I couldn't find a place to rent a decent bike, and after driving around a bit, decided I didn't really need to die in a foreign country.

Oh, I did see some pretty hard core riders on the roads up east of Braga and in the Minho, so the scene does exist. And apparently the Algarve, in the south, is the place to do road cycling, but I have never been to that part of the country.
