Pinarello Surprise

Does anyone have an idea of the ride quality of this bike? There's one on eBay for a grand with Ultegra 9, and I'm mulling. Might be a nice climbing bike. But if the ride is too harsh, it's a non-starter.

The last alu bike I had was a Specialized M4 and it was a rocket but also a pogo stick. I can't pogo anymore.

"Bicycling" ( I know, I know... :rolleyes: ) did a review of it back in 2001 or so....pretty much said it rode as well or better than the Prince, at about a third the price ($800 for f/f). They liked it and said it was a bargain.
