Most people don't zip tie race numbers on for style points. I'm going to guess someone had that set up to race tris on. It's not my cup of tea visually, but there is no loss in dignity for an old race bike still set up from racing.

That seat tube is toast. That dent is really ugly...good luck finding a replacement Gilco seat tube. Could still be ridden as a beater, with it's current patina, but definitely needs a proper set of bars.

listing says 58, but it looks like a 60 based on his mis-measurement. measuring tape is pictured.

it will indeed be tough to source a proper gilco seat-tube, but at the right price it'd be OK to just have a round tube replacement.

Some people really dont deserve even have a bicycle of any brand and this is one of those cases, the worse thing is that obviously the guy knows he has a colnago (or found a colnago, who knows), the problem comes when they have to assess the condition of the bike and between you that frame worth almost nothing. The tube needs to be replaced and there are no gilco tubes no more. Doubt he will sell that POS but you never know. my dutch friend has a EM with all record C starting bid for tiny bit more than this aberration of bike and his EM is actually mint.

Probably not, bet has a lot of other dents, the bad tube cant be replaced and looks like having a hole aswell, besides... for 900 bucks?? for 100 bucks worth the shot but for 900? ···? The guy looks like is getting ready to move to colorado or something because clearly he smoked one or two while posting the bike.
