imagine a frame with a 71.2 degree head tube angle and a 5.0 cm rake on 28 mm tires.

how would you describe the way it would be expected to handle, and what would be the best type of cycling for it?

Where is the center of gravity related to the front and back wheels? What's the chainstay length and front center? How long is the stem?

Well, it's got a trail of 64mm, which is on the high side. Meaning it will be very stable, but turn a little reluctantly. Frame should be easily rideable no-handed, but could feel sluggish on winding downhill roads or in a pack. Would be well-behaved if you're just looking to go out and ride by yourself and you have a lot of pretty straight roads... Certainly not racing geo.
